Y'all Remember the Mexican Pizza???

My journey with fast food isn't that extensive!! As a kid I remember the McDonald's and Burger King meals occasionally... Then Rally's and Checker's hit the scene and my granny loved the fries so they became a weekend thing. But for the most part things were homemade.. Now when my fast ass left home I acted like spending my money in the streets was some kinda right of passage.. Almost stickin my tongue out at my granny cause I was buying myself some funky ass "value" meal from Mickey D's! How fuckin stupid! LOL Now since I've found my way to food I like to make some of the things I enjoyed most. One being the Mexican Pizza... It was pretty much the only thing I ate from Taco Bell. I say all the time I stopped eating Taco Bell when I found out what Mexican was supposed to taste like! Never looked back, but the pizza stayed close to my belly!! They are pretty easy to make and would be a fun family night activity.. You know, build ya own kinda thing!!
