One thing I've learned over my years of cooking is that if you have eggs in the house you have a meal! I freakin love eggs! I like to watch other Chef's do their thing and there's one who says "Never Skip Egg Day" I've taken that to heart.. Maybe almost a challenge.. So today I wanna tell y'all about the mighty frittata! By definition the frittata is an Italian dish made with fried beaten eggs, resembling a Spanish Omelet.. I suppose it's something like an omelet.. I love frittatas cause you have complete creative freedom with them. You can pretty much add anything to it and it's gonna be good! So the last one I made at like 10pm. Just wanted one so I decided to go head and HOOK. IT. UP. The shit that was in it is as follows.. sweet Italian sausage, red bell pepper, onions, mushrooms, spinach, and a creamy honey goat cheese! Cause eggs ain't fuckin eggs without goat cheese!!! Ya Heard!? The culinary trap stars aligned on this one!! It came out absolutely PERFECT! It was light and fluffy and just yummy!! I usually add a lil milk or heavy cream and beat the bullshit out my eggs! I tell myself that's what makes them fluffy, not entirely sure that's true, but it is what it is! So... with all that being said, how y'all like your eggs????

Sounds/looks so good. What's the difference between a frittata & an omelet. How is it cooked differently?
Love it! 🤌🏾 Now I'm gonna have to try this for breakfast on my next day off.
