Smother Fuckin Chicken

The Shit you'll need:

Boneless, skinless chicken breast or thighs

3-1/2 cups Chicken broth

2 cloves of garlic (chopped)

Small white onion (chopped)

1 shallot (chopped)

1/4 Cups Balsamic vinegar

tbs Honey

Ginger Paste Butter Flour Garlic Powder Onion Powder Course Black Pepper Celery Salt Smoked Paprika Hey all... How the hell's it hangin?? Y'all like smothered chicken? It's one of my favorite comfort foods! Anything I can drown in gravy is a win with me!! Gravy is so fuckin sexy!! The way it just seeps into all the cracks and crevices of a delicious piece of meat... Whew chile! Ok so for this you will need either breasts or boneless, skinless thighs...I prefer thighs cause they are way fuckin juicer and hold flavor way better than them dry ass breast, but I know everyone isn't into the dark meat thang! Back to the chicken...LOL...What I usually do is put the chicken in a bowl and season it and let it sit for about an hour... I use garlic powder, onion powder, course black pepper, smoked paprika, celery salt, a couple splashes of lemon juice and a tablespoon of ginger paste... Season like your going to fry them. After they've sat for a about an hour, pour enough flour over them that will coat them all...like say you have 6, a cup should coat them all nicely. Heat up some olive oil and unsalted butter in a large skillet and brown up them hoes on both sides...once you remove the chicken from the pan turn down the heat, and add a pat of butter and a tablespoon of flour...once the butter is melted and the flour thickens, add 3 cups of chicken broth and mo' butter, I never said this was gonna be healthy...it's just gonna give ya mouth an orgasm! As it simmers, stir and scrape all the yum-yums from the chicken off the bottom of the pan so it all gets mixed in. While that's simmering, chop up a small white onion, 2 large cloves of garlic, and a shallot. Then in a separate pan, sauté in butter until translucent and then toss them into your broth mix. Next up, a quarter of a cup of balsamic vinegar, a tablespoon of honey. Let all of that simmer for about 5 minutes and then toss your chicken back in and let it simmer for about 30 minutes and viola you've got... Oh wait, I almost forgot, garnish with finely chopped scallion and serve! And BAM, you gotchu some smothered fuckin chicken that ain't cha fuckin mommas!!! Now I hope I got these damn measurements right cause I cook by smells...I'm gone!!!
