When its hot I like light things to eat. My first thought is always straight to the veggie wrap. It's delish and simple! The shit you will need is whatever wrap you prefer.. I usually get either spinach or tomato but I'm sure plain is fine as well. I know everyone doesn't like sprouts but I love them. Last ones I used were broccoli! Super fuckin yummy! Ok so broccoli sprouts, cucumber, avocado, red onion, and a schmear of your favorite hummus... So simple yet so delish!! Hella light but all the way satisfying! You're Welcome!!!
