Pop- Pop's Fried Potatoes

One thing that was always part of the Burt family breakfast was my Pop-Pop's fried potatoes.. And to this day if we all together I gotta make them thangs! I honestly feel like how they come out has to do more with the love than the ingredients!! I just slice up some potatoes (skin on).. hot me up a frying pan wit some canola oil.. throw them thangs in and let them do what the fuck potatoes were born to do!!! While they spend a lil time getting brown I chops up a white onion. Any kind of white onion you like but it gotsta be a white onion! Once the taters get their first flip I make a hole in the middle and add the WHITE onions.. Let them cook down some then add whatever seasonings you prefer and mix it all together real good!! Let them get tender and golden brown and boom... Pop- Pop's fried potatoes!!!
