Egg McBurt

So y'all remember when I said my Pop-Pop made me a hot breakfast every morning? One of the things I'd always be excited about was his Egg McMuffin! Fuck a McDonald's we had McBurt's!!! It was always so perfect. Toasted English muffin (buttered), runny gooey cheese.. buttery fried egg, bacon or sausage, or pork roll... cooked to perfection!!! Man listen! The more I write this blog.. the more I understand my love of food! So every now and then I crave this little slice of heaven and this particular one I've never added my stank on! Only thing I do differently now when eating it is, I use sriracha rather than ketchup.. No matter how many times I make it, it never comes out in my now idea of "perfect" but it always tastes like home....

There's nothin to this but a toasted English muffin (buttered or jellied), a fried egg that you can either crack the yolk or let it run, a good ole slice of American cheese.. and which ever breakfast meat you prefer. Layer them all together and let the grease run down your arm while you eat!!!
