Cheesesteaks No Philly!!

My ass is from the Tri-State so sis is very familiar with the Philly Cheesesteak.. The only thing I miss about home is the foods that are only common to the area! Anyways, I had a taste for a cheesesteak. I don't call what I make Philly cause it ain't.. but it's as close as I can get plus putting my own lil stank on it! Now for these I sauteed some white onions, sweet peppers, and serrano peppers in some unsalted butter... it's a dope ass combo wit a sweet ass kick! Next you pick your poison.. by poison I mean protein, my protein of choice for this was a shaved ribeye. Then for cheese, again issa pick your poison kinda thing, I chose provolone.. It's both melty and pully! I've also done an American, provo combo that's super bomb!!! Anyways, do y'all make these at home?? I wanna hear all about that shit if you do!! Thanx for reading!!!
